Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hairly, the AI hairstyle app and website (the "Service"), operated by Veralix j.d.o.o. ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Hairly uses AI to show you how different hairstyles and hair colors could look on you. Results are AI-generated previews for personal entertainment and inspiration. They are not professional advice and are not guaranteed to match a real haircut.

2. Subscription, introductory price and auto-renewal

A subscription bought on our website starts with an introductory period of 7 days for €7.99, charged today. After that it renews automatically at €39.99 every month and you will be charged the full price at the start of each period until you cancel. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Using your subscription in the app

After payment you receive an activation code on screen and by email. Enter it in the Hairly iOS app ("Have a code?") to unlock your subscription. The code is personal; it can be moved to a new device a limited number of times. Sharing codes may lead to deactivation.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime at gethairly.app/manage or by emailing support@gethairly.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Web subscriptions are not managed through Apple, so cancel them here, not in your App Store settings.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

You request immediate access to digital content at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts. This does not affect our voluntary refund policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Veralix j.d.o.o. is the seller.

7. Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. Only use photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Do not misuse, resell or try to disrupt the Service.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and contact
